C&A Psych Director
Position Description
The position is a full-time, exempt Medical Director / Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist role reporting to the President & CEO. The role includes a minimum of 20 hours per week of direct patient care, including psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, treatment planning, and consultation on complex cases. The remaining time supports clinical leadership, supervision, documentation review, quality improvement, compliance, program development, and community engagement. The role is fully outpatient, with clinic hours Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some 9:00 AM–6:00 PM days; however, the Medical Director is not expected to cover the later clinic hours. There are no inpatient responsibilities and no traditional call requirements (no nights, weekends, or holiday coverage).

The salary range is $300,000–$325,000, based on experience. Also offers: $60,000 sign-on bonus, with a three-year commitment
Up to $15,000 in relocation reimbursement
