Job Description

You will be the C‑130 Wing Shop Multifunction Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 for the C‑130 Wing Shop team which is responsible for leading a skilled hourly crew in the C‑130 outer‑wing build and delivering quality, cost and schedule excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supervise a team of 10+ hourly associates, ensuring adherence to safety, quality and schedule targets.
• Implement process-improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with HR and union stewards to resolve employee matters and maintain positive labor relations.
• Oversee training, performance evaluations and compliance documentation for all team members.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless production operations.

• 3+ years aircraft production experience.
• Experience in a union environment.
• Experience in budgeting and staffing.
• Shop Floor Manager (SFM) experience.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally, in writing, and in group settings as a member or leader.
• Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non-technical, and business staff at all levels.
• Comfortable with Microsoft business suite with the ability to learn additional computer systems.
• Proficient in Qualsight for constraints management.
• Knowledge of C-130 assembly.
