Job Description

You will be the Multi Func Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 for the Manufacturing Operations team which is responsible for overseeing repair activities on F‑22 and F‑35 platform edges.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Multi Func Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanics, managing schedules and costs, and driving continuous-improvement initiatives.

• Supervise and lead a team of mechanics to perform various repair orders for F‑22 and F‑35 platforms.
• Forecast completion dates and costs for multiple customer repair orders and track performance against schedule and budget.
• Implement process improvements and resolve constraints to maintain weekly and monthly production cadence.
• Cook with support groups to eliminate work-stoppage risks and ensure smooth workflow.
• Report daily and weekly briefings to multiple levels of leadership on status, risks, and results.
