As a Buying Manager at Bike Mart, you will be based out of our Richardson retail location and play a crucial role in shaping the company's inventory and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Based out of our Richardson retail location, responsible for creating, overseeing, and implementing an inventory plan.
• Manage a team of 3 to ensure timely completion of deadlines, transfers, inventory requirements, and customer orders.
• You should be a detail-oriented and deadline-driven individual with experience managing a small to medium-size team.

Requirements

• A background in marketing, communications, and/or design is preferred.
• Must be creative and detail-orientated.
• Experience in a managerial / buyer position.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, retail, or a related field is an added bonus.

Nice to Have

• We are looking for a candidate with a creative and outside-the-box approach to buying and inventory management.
• Experience with inventory management software and a passion for the cycling industry are highly valued.

Benefits

• This Buying Manager role pays $65,000 to $75,000/Yr.
