Responsibilities

  • Consult with buyers to understand their wants, needs, and goals
  • Guide clients through the entire purchasing process
  • Schedule and conduct property showings
  • Write offers and negotiate contracts
  • Maintain communication with clients and team members
  • Utilize CRM systems and follow-up processes consistently
  • Participate in team trainings and production coaching
  • Build strong relationships that lead to repeat and referral business

Qualifications

  • Holds an active NC and/or SC real estate license
  • Is growth-minded and coachable
  • Has strong people and communication skills
