Created/Revised Date: October 15, 2026 Anticipated Closing Date: Open Until Filled Job Title: Buyer, Indirect Procurement Location: Buena Park, CA; Onsite Shift: Day Shift Salary Pay Range – top and bottom range and Other Compensation: The salary range for this position is expected to be between $52,000.00 – $62,400.00 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire FLSA Status: Exempt Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm About the Role: Searching for an onsite Indirect Procurement Buyer to own sourcing across IT, MRO, shop tooling, and facilities. You will keep our operations humming by leading vendor selection, PO workflows, and service contract renewals in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. In this high-visibility role, you will bridge the gap between internal shop floor requesters, finance, and external suppliers. You will drive cost-saving initiatives through spend consolidation, manage service agreements, and ensure seamless delivery of critical operational non-production items. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Source and execute POs for MRO, IT hardware/software, tooling, and facility services. Obtain and evaluate vendor RFQs to secure competitive pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Track service agreements and software renewals to eliminate lapse in operational coverage. Partner with Receiving and Finance to resolve invoice variances and PO discrepancies. Identify supplier consolidation opportunities to drive down indirect spend costs. Onboard new indirect vendors in compliance with company and export control policies. Qualifications: 2+ years of indirect procurement, buying, or MRO sourcing experience. Hands-on experience executing purchase orders and requisitions within an ERP/MRP system. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for bid comparisons and spend data analysis. Demonstrated ability to manage service contracts, IT licenses, and software renewals. Previous experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or regulated plant environment preferred. Must be fully available for 100% onsite work in Buena Park, CA.
