About the Role

This is an 8-month contract position focused on procurement and supply chain management within a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Purchase materials and equipment from suppliers, including electro-mechanical assemblies, electronic components, PCB assemblies, hardware, and non-inventory items.
• Manage supplier relationships and KPIs, reporting to senior Supply Chain leadership.
• Provide input to monthly scorecards and present procurement data during quarterly business reviews.
• Plan material requirements, manage inventory levels, and maintain schedules in the ERP system while communicating requirements to suppliers.
• Identify supply chain material risks and monitor material flow transparently.
• Collaborate with Planning to communicate supply chain risks and mitigation strategies to end users.
• Develop efficient mechanisms for monitoring and updating open purchase orders, expedites, and delivery requirements.
• Assist the Global Commodity Management team with maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring performance, addressing supply issues, and developing new products and programs.
• Resolve PO receiving errors and assist with invoice reconciliation.
• Manage supplier returns, including non-conformance reports, return material authorizations, and processing MRB material.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead cross-functional groups to execute improvements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience using ERP software (Oracle experience is a plus but not required).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–4+ years of relevant experience.

Skills

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of data management and databases is a plus.
• Ability to work in a highly demanding, collegial environment where teamwork is essential.
