Key Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules and monitors materials through the production cycle to ensure proper inventory levels.
• Performs the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
• Locates sources for inventory and non-inventory items.
• Interacts with suppliers for on-time delivery scheduling.
• Works with multiple internal customers to facilitate corporate purchasing.
• Places purchase orders for indirect (MRO, non-product) goods and services in support of business requirements.
• Supports finance and accounting on cost collection and inventory management for month-end process.
• Supports the Quality department to ensure all quality standards are being met.
• Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports the Quality Policy, Quality System, and relevant regulations.
• Trains employees on their work and documents the training.

Qualifications

• 6 - 9 Years with a Bachelor's Degree (BA)
• 4 - 7 Years with an MBA
• Project management experience
• Ability to pick up SAP and other software
• Experience using AI-powered tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or procurement AI platforms) to improve productivity and decision-making
• Apply Lean or Six Sigma principles to procurement processes
• Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy
• Support digital transformation initiatives within Supply Chain
