Responsibilities
- Work with several diverse vendors to choose the best product mix, both in-store and online.
- Determine where to localize, while calibrating market positioning and acting as brand managers.
- Influence and negotiate with vendors to achieve results and identify gaps and opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive category results while managing progress toward sales and margin goals.
- Sources products appropriately for your category through partnerships with product designers and/or category managers and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of merchandising experience
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to grow a business
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience partnering with cross-functional teams
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Owned Brand experience preferred
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, as needed
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay
The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
Schedule
This role follows a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's business needs, with an expectation of working onsite at Target Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN, approximately three days per week.
