Handle Guest check transactions, food running, bussing, and host interactions.
Adhere to Grand Casino’s service and cash handling standards.
Receive payment from Guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
Prepare orders in a timely manner and complete them with garnish and accompaniments.
Answer Guest questions and direct concerns to appropriate management.
Address Guest complaints and resolve them quickly and courteously.
Seat Guests according to established procedures of the venue.
Encourage mutual respect, dignity, and integrity with all Associates.
Participate in a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of guest service.
Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area in full accordance with state health regulations.
Operate Host seating computer system, distribute menus, and explain the food items.
Communicate with Guests including wait times, verify reservations, and provide general information about the venue.
Clean and sanitize tables and dining room upon Guest departure.
Assist in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation.
Demonstrate ability to read floorplans and seat guests accordingly.
