About the Role

The Restaurant Team Member performs assigned duties to ensure quality products and service are delivered to guests, delivering the Cicis promise consistently. The role includes interacting with guests, following proper table bussing and cleaning procedures, preparing ingredients, making quality products, taking guest orders, and contributing to a friendly, energetic atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and make quality food products.
• Take guest orders and provide positive, friendly service.
• Follow proper table bussing and cleaning procedures.
• Assist teammates, arrive on time, and support other positions as needed.
• Complete all closing duties, including thorough cleaning of the work area.
• Maintain Cicis image and appearance standards, fostering teamwork, energy, and fun.
• Protect restaurant assets by keeping the work area safe, clean, and organized, and comply with security standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate some equipment.
• Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds with a weight belt during the shift.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during the shift.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, confidence, and team‑player mindset.
• Customer‑service focus with strong communication skills.
• Outgoing personality able to develop relationships.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle job stress.
• Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, including flexible nights and weekends.
• Food Handler Certification (preferred but not required).
• Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.

About Us

Our story began in 1985 when founder Joe Croce opened a single restaurant in Plano, Texas. The original 1,200‑square‑foot take‑out pizzeria quickly succeeded, leading to a second location that introduced an unlimited pizza buffet concept. Today, Cicis is privately and locally owned with 300 locations nationwide.
