Service Assistant (Busser, Host, Barback)

About the role

Daiquiri Deck is an iconic bar and casual restaurant located in Sarasota, Venice, and Bradenton Beach. The company is seeking SERVICE ASSISTANTS to fill the support roles of Bussers, Hosts, and Barbacks to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Talk with guests to assist with their dining needs
• Manage tables and ensure a smooth service flow
• Handle bar duties including food preparation and serving
• Assist with hosting duties such as greeting and seating guests
• Cross-train in all four positions to be placed based on strengths and preferences

Requirements

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to interact with guests and colleagues
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Benefits
