Busser — Dining & Theatre (Urgently Hiring) — Clarksville, IN

Derby Dinner Playhouse is hiring friendly, organized Bussers to welcome guests and support dining and theatre service during evening performances. Evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Able to work some mornings/afternoons on weekdays is a plus. Pay: $10-$11/hour Key Responsibilities Greet and escort guests to assigned tables; set positive tone for guest experienceCommunicate seating, timing, and guest needs with servers and managementAssist with reservation/check-in and group seating proceduresClear and buss tables promptly; deliver dishes to kitchen and restock service areasSupport servers, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth, timely service during showsAnswer basic questions about the menu, show times, and theatre policies as needed Must Have Prior hospitality, customer-service, or bussing experience preferred but not requiredExcellent communication and a friendly, professional demeanorAbility to stay calm and organized during high-volume serviceReliable, punctual, team-oriented, and available for evenings, weekends, and holidaysAble to stand for extended periods and move quickly between tables (physically able to carry trays/dishes) Nice-to-have Experience working events, theatres, or large-capacity dining environmentsKnowledge of basic food-safety and handling practices Compensation & Benefits Pay: $10- $11/hourPerks: free shift meal, 2 show tickets per event, paid training, opportunities for growth, fun work environment Powered by ExactHire: 205257
