Busser/Dining Room Attendant

About the role

The Busser plays a crucial role in ensuring a memorable hospitality experience for guests. This position requires a friendly demeanor, knowledge of beverages, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area
• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the server stations
• Aid servers in maintaining clean available tables for arriving guests
• Assist servers with continual service details
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant area
• Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff

Requirements

• An engaging and welcoming personality
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
• Excellent communication skills
• Regularly lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Pay
