About the role
The purpose of this position is to clear and reset tables and carry dishes to dish room. The position involves running food from kitchen and serving tables. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Transport food orders from kitchen to dining room.
- Clear tables and carry dirty dishes to dish room.
- Reset tables for next guests according to standards.
- Auxiliary in setting up dining room for scheduled shift.
- Auxiliary in setting up buffet tables for meal shifts.
- Attend training classes as required.
- Attend outlet staff meetings as scheduled.
- Follow Resort Standards of Operation procedures.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required.
- Students currently enrolled in High School who are working part-time while attending school are an exception.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand and walk.
- Use hands and fingers to handle and feel.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Talk or hear.
- Taste or smell.
- Balance and stoop.
- Kneel or crouch.
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Occasional bending.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
