About the Role

The Busperson is an integral support to both front of the house and back of the house, ensuring a memorable and seamless guest experience. The Busperson will assist the team by ensuring that every guest’s needs and special requests are met.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service stations and perform assigned side work duties before, during, and after shift.
• Restock the dining room and side stations with cutlery, condiments, and linen.
• Assist neighboring team members with service.
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
• Use personal device/cellular phone for job-related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Position-required licenses: Alcohol Awareness Card and Food Handler.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
• At least one year of previous Busperson experience in a similar or related field.

• Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.

• Ability to comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (SDS), and other instructions.
