Business Transformation Consultant (Business Design Architect + Change Leader) We are seeking a Business Transformation Consultant who brings a strong blend of business analysis and delivery execution and enjoys turning complex, undefined problems into clear, actionable solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who is comfortable both analyzing the problem and helping drive the solution forward. You will work across business, operations, and technology initiatives, partnering with clients and the people closest to the work to define needs, design practical solutions, and support implementation through adoption.
