Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance of various tax and fees laws through team members resolving work items.
- Participating in the development of compliance and registration procedures within the unit.
- Performing special assignments, including quality assurance reviews or audits of completed team member's work.
- Overseeing special functions and being actively involved in creating and sustaining a great culture.
- Developing annual goals and working with peers and management to achieve them.
- Performing other job-related duties as required.
Requirements
This position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and one year of experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must also possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
