Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to work closely with our Business Systems Manager to support and train our onsite teams. The ideal candidate should have Yardi experience and be comfortable with both web-based and on-site interactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop an extensive working knowledge of Yardi products such as Yadi Voyager 7s, RentCafé CRM IQ, PAYscan, VendorCafe, and other software used within RAM and managed by the Business Systems team.
- Provide software application training using a variety of delivery methods including web-based and on-site training.
- Provide end-user application support via phone and email.
- Provide end-user application support via Zendesk platform.
- Partner with Operations to ensure training aligns with RAM expectations.
- Facilitate problem-solving between end-users and Business Systems software provider.
- Participate with Business Systems software provider in testing and implementation of software releases.
- Perform other duties as required to meet organizational goals.
- Travel as needed (approximately 25% - 50%) to support in-person training.
Qualifications
- Ability to problem solve and identify the root cause of an issue.
- Strong understanding of property management workflows (leasing, renewals, move-ins, AP, etc).
- Works with a sense of urgency and meets established deadlines.
- An associate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Five years in a property management environment is preferred.
- Two or more years of experience working with Yardi Voyager.
- Experience delivering web-based and live training is highly preferred.
- Ability to anticipate areas of difficulty and/or questions and adapt training accordingly.
- Communicates professionally by phone and email.
- Communicates technical information in non-technical terms.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience diagnosing problems with software products (preferred).
- Intermediate knowledge of various internet browsers and web-based applications.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and the flexibility to work on different projects.
