Training Systems Specialist

You will perform duties safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve plant performance in Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR), and our Customer 1st strategy. Responsibilities
- Participate in and actively support all plant initiatives
- Clean equipment properly and timely to ensure safe, quality products
- Follow all safety procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment
- Effectively and safely operate and maintain assigned machines and related equipment to meet daily orders
- Follow standard work for assigned machines and processes
- Monitor product to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
- Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion
- Actively participate in Total Process Control activities
- Work around ingredients and/or finished products containing food allergens
- Follow established programs, policies, and practices to produce safe, quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements
- Accountable to the Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
