Business Systems Analyst - SAP C4C

About the role

IDR is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - SAP C4C to join one of our top clients for an on-site opportunity in Richardson, TX. This role involves collaborating with business and technical teams to enhance SAP C4C solutions, optimize business processes, and support system implementations within a dynamic enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Designing, configuring, and delivering SAP C4C enhancements to meet business needs
• Working closely with stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify improvements, and ensure successful solution deployment
• Managing testing, stakeholder communication, project coordination, and post-implementation support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of progressive SAP C4C (V1) implementation experience required
• Strong functional understanding of Sales and Service processes and concepts
• Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions that drive operational efficiencies
• Demonstrated ability to produce functional specifications for deliverables of varying size, from small enhancements to large projects
• Working knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution processes and data structures preferred
