About the role

The Analyst for AI role supports the day-to-day operation, administration, and user support of AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Lovable within Harvard Business School.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for AI applications, diagnosing, troubleshooting, escalating, and resolving technical issues.
• Provision and deprovision user access for AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, and other AI tools.
• Configure and maintain AI applications to align with business and operational requirements.
• Gather and document business requirements, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to design and implement effective solutions.
• Create and execute test plans and test scripts to ensure functionality, quality, and regression-free deployments.
• Participate in projects as an application subject matter expert, providing technical and business process guidance.
• Leverage APIs, reporting, and data analytics tools to support platform administration and user needs.
• Conduct user outreach, training, and communication related to AI platforms and services.
• Occasionally provide after-hours support during releases, critical incidents, and major business events.
