Job Description

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. We are jointly owned by Suntory and PepsiCo, and we make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo and other beverages. We also develop our own line of beverages, producing and distributing a growing product line nationally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/IT/Computer Science or related field OR a combination of education plus equivalent level of work experience
  • 2–4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM-focused role
  • Strong understanding of Consumer Goods Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and B2B Commerce
  • 2+ years’ experience in supporting business applications
  • Experience working with business functions to understand and map processes to functional and technical specifications
  • Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Service Cloud or Experience Cloud
  • Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using APIs, middleware, or native connectors
  • Previous experience within the consumer products industry
  • Experience prioritizing multiple tasks, managing tasks, and adapting to a changing environment
  • Knowledge of process analysis and design

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, managing configuration, security, and system maintenance
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, page layouts, permission sets, and other declarative features
  • Work to understand the business processes supported by technology systems
  • Collaborate with Product Owner, Product Manager, and other SMEs to identify, create, and maintain documentation for system processes, workflows, and training materials
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics tools, and data visualizations
  • Manage user onboarding/offboarding, profiles, permissions, and data access controls
  • Assist with integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using APIs, middleware, or native connectors
  • Work with external vendors and product support analysts to troubleshoot system issues and provide resolution
  • Manage Salesforce releases, testing, and deployment of new features
