Responsibilities

  • Support internal staff and external clients for WCPOLS and WCSTAT products.
  • Support new client implementations, existing client maintenance, system enhancements/fixes, and other client support processes for all products.
  • Maintain and improve systems and processes for WCPOLS, WCSTAT, WCDCI, WCMED, and WCIND.
  • Monitor DCO acceptance criteria and provide recommendations for wcPrism edit changes if necessary.
  • Identify and resolve client data reporting issues from their system, wcPrism, or DCO system(s).
  • Provide specifications and information needed for wcPrism system updates to comply with DCO requirement changes.
  • Liaise with DCO on behalf of Verisk or clients as needed.
  • Conduct extensive research and analysis of customer data and regulatory requirements for problem resolution.
  • Manage clients and client activities using an interactive ticketing system.
  • Attend regularly scheduled and ad hoc client meetings.
  • Assist staff and clients with WCIO Standards and individual DCO requirements.
  • Monitor DCO circular announcements and provide specifications/information needed for wcPrism system changes.
  • Work closely with customers and product engineering team to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
  • Support internal ISO staff based on specific assignments and subject matter.
  • Keep divisional management informed of customer issues during and after integration, and provide updates regarding account progress and potential red flags.
  • Continuously review internal processes and procedures to ensure they meet client needs.
  • Conduct research, diagnostics, and issue resolution as part of daily work.

Qualifications

  • College degree, preferably in Business Administration, with 3-4 years’ experience in Workers Comp data reporting.
  • Proficiency in WCIO standards.
  • Data Reporting and Data Processing Experience.
  • Data Analysis/Research Skills.
  • Customer Service/Project Management Skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting ability.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, or equivalent software.
  • Availability to travel in response to business needs.
