Responsibilities
- Understand ResMed business models and strategic direction, and implement systems to assess, recommend, and implement business improvements and initiatives.
- Drive discussions on business processes and initiatives.
- Define and document processes, procedures, and data flows of business systems; configure system settings and options.
- Expertise in Order Management and Warehouse Management systems, providing support to end users, including 3rd party integrated systems and BI solutions.
- Subject matter expert for all systems and processes utilized by Distribution Operations, leading continuous enhancement of systems to support business processes.
- Track and monitor effectiveness of projects, recommending and implementing changes as needed to ensure business objectives are met.
- Demonstrate critical thinking when faced with challenging tasks or problems.
- Provide end user training and manage systems testing activities as required.
- Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience implementing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems, preferably HighJump/Korber.
- Experience in Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Shipping, and Inventory functions.
- Working knowledge of Bill of Material, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Forecasting & Planning.
- Familiarity with Data Analysis applications and tools.
- Strong project management, business process design, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in all phases of project cycle interfacing both with technical teams and multiple lines of the business users.
- Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong familiarity with software development methodologies and change management process.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Adept in problem-solving and resolving conflict.
- Able to manage internal customer relationships and expectations.
- Able to understand technical vision and communicate it to both technical and non-technical parties.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years experience in delivering large scale technology projects/programs in Supply Chain Operations.

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $113,000.00 - $169,000.00 USD.
