Business Systems Administrator - IT Liaison

About the role

We are seeking an IT Liaison to connect Production Engineering Business Unit (PEBU) departments with IT support, ensuring reliable delivery of systems, software, and support across manufacturing operations in North America.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary contact for systemic IT issues, developing solutions, and coordinating with IT teams.
• Installing and standardizing software packages for new hires and transfers, following IT policies.
• Leading IT training programs, creating training plans for various roles, and promoting user proficiency.
• Establishing and executing PEBU IT strategy, supporting long-term initiatives, and benchmarking best practices.
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration with HDMA and AHM IT teams through regular meetings.
• Creating standardized software packaging profiles tailored to different departments' needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in business systems or IT roles.
• Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams, document business processes, and improve workflows.
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Working conditions

Onsite presence required, with minimal travel and occasional support in production areas. Remote work flexibility available up to 20%.
