About the role
We're looking for someone who genuinely likes making business tools work well for the people using them. You'll own the day-to-day administration of our core platforms — Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and our ERP systems — and act as the go-to person when teams need something configured, fixed, or improved.
Responsibilities
- Own Jira project administration across software, business, and service management teams: workflows, issue types, screens, custom fields, permission schemes, and notifications.
- Build automation rules to cut down on manual work and keep project data clean and reliable.
- Keep Confluence organized and useful: space management, page templates, permissions, and content governance.
- Handle user provisioning, group management, and license tracking across both tools.
- Evaluate and manage Atlassian Marketplace apps.
- Help teams get real value out of their boards, backlogs, and reports.
- Administer Microsoft 365 & SharePoint: site collections, document libraries, metadata, permissions, and governance.
- Configure and support Teams environments for specific business units and project teams.
- Manage OneDrive configuration, sharing policies, and folder structure standards to keep things consistent across teams.
- Build Power Automate flows that connect SharePoint to other business tools and reduce manual handoffs.
- Own SharePoint architecture decisions and serve as the internal expert on intranet structure and best practices.
- Administer ERP systems (NetSuite, Deltek Costpoint, SAP): user management, configuration, reporting, and vendor coordination.
- Dig into data integrity issues and work with teams to fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
- Support integrations between ERP systems and the rest of the platform stack.
- Keep configuration documentation and change history clean for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support CRM & Business Tools (HubSpot / Salesforce): users, objects, workflows, validation rules, and reporting.
- Help sales and marketing teams with platform questions, data hygiene, and workflow improvements day to day.
- Coordinate with dedicated CRM owners or vendors on larger changes and integrations.
- Write documentation and training materials that actually get used, so teams can self-serve and stop re-asking the same questions.
- Track license renewals and flag opportunities to consolidate or cut costs.
- Manage vendor relationships for support escalations and new feature rollouts.
Requirements
- 7-10 years in a SaaS platform administration, IT Administrative Operations, or IT Business Systems Administration role.
- Deep Jira administration experience: workflows, permission schemes, custom fields, automation, and multi-project configuration.
- You've done this at scale, not just for one team.
- Confluence administration: space management, templates, permissions, and keeping content findable long-term.
- Hands-on ERP administration with at least one of NetSuite, Deltek Costpoint, or SAP: user management, configuration, reporting, and vendor coordination.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or Salesforce at a configuration and support level.
- Someone who documents as they go and communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical people.
- Good judgment about when to build something, when to configure it, and when to tell someone their request doesn't make sense.
