About the role
Conde Group is seeking a Business System Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support IT network operations, including incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Analyze technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and apply troubleshooting procedures to resolve incidents.
- Manage tickets, technical escalations, communications, and documentation throughout incident resolution.
- Identify trends, analyze data, and develop recommendations to improve network performance and reliability.
- Support system upgrades, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document solutions, processes, and best practices to support future troubleshooting and operational efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT standards, procedures, policies, and operational documentation.
- Support process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and ITIL.
- Develop performance metrics, conduct benchmarking, and perform cost-benefit analysis to support improvements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure solutions meet organizational needs.
- Support technology projects by coordinating activities, gathering feedback, and ensuring successful delivery.
- Provide customer insights and recommendations to enhance technology products and services.
- Mentor team members and support a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in audits, compliance initiatives, remediation efforts, and special projects.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership teams.
Requirements
- Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, software applications, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or ITIL preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and develop solutions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with Agile environments and technical documentation preferred.
- Relevant certifications preferred, including ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, CCNA, CompTIA A+, or PMI certifications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in network protocols, operating systems, software applications, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or ITIL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
