Business System Analyst, Senior (Ref: 116.924.12)

Duties

• Lead the continued implementation of test automation across the CRM application suite integrated with SAP.
• Testing execution of requirements from the business regarding new systems needs and existing system changes/enhancements.
• Work with other development, test, system analysts and architects in supporting and testing solutions.
• Leverages Agile project management methodologies to test solutions.
• Leads CRM support operations and testing within estimated time and in accordance with acceptable quality measurements.
• Supports analysis, sizing, design, test writing, test framework, test automation development, unit and QA testing, and related test and summary documentation.
• Evaluates the impact of design decisions on the testing of functional and technical aspects of applications.
• Supports analysis, sizing, design, test writing, test framework, test automation development, unit and QA testing, and related test and summary documentation.
• Performs salesforce.com and Oracle CPQ system support and testing tasks as needed.
• Works with vendors, internal developers to support and test applications.
• Reviews and approves test cases and scripts.
• Consistently assumes a lead application support and testing role in salesforce.com (CRM) and related projects.
• Tests data and system issues by using a combination of system expertise, company knowledge, and detailed research/investigation.
• Uses testing tools including for implementations on data conversion, development and testing.
• Work closely with the test team to identify new automation opportunities.
• Assist in automation of manual test processes to maximize scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a financial services or healthcare industry.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and test automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com and Oracle CPQ systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

$163,613.00 - $183,613.00 per year
