Detailed Job Description
- Maintain and enter/extract data.
- Maintain recordkeeping and tracking systems.
- Research, gather information, and organize data to prepare complex reports, presentations, and summaries of various materials, as well as compose and edit a variety of correspondence.
- Oversee, review, and reconcile accountants, patient accounts or payroll reports, prepare HR-related documents, calculate/record leave usage for departmental employees and respond to related inquiries.
- Support preparation of complex plans, tracking systems, bids, and/or proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of processes.
- Work closely with vendors, customers, and/or internal or external constituencies.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar.
- Oversee and/or order supplies and office equipment.
- Process and sign requisitions, vouchers, and related documents.
- Provide guidance, instruction, train, and assign/delegate work as appropriate.
- May complete unit/department-specific duties and expectations as outlined in department documents.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired.
- One (1) year of experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
