Business Support Manager / Project Manager
About the role
The Sr. Business Support Manager's primary responsibility will to ensure the success of support process improvement efforts and help to build and establish project and program governance models. This position will be responsible to implement customers into the various cloud hyperscalers/environments. This position will also work on process improvements including documentation around NS2 Managed Cloud Delivery (MCD).
Responsibilities
- Manage large scale technical projects covering cross functional teams, including technical project planning, monitoring and controlling the project performance
- Aid the MCD Program Managers to implement portfolio, program and project management best practices
- Communicate various report and project status, issues and risks timely to all stake holders, cross functional teams and managers
- Work as part of a cross-functional group to evolve the Project Management Methodologies and influence organizational process improvement
- Contribute to development and maintenance of PMO standards, processes, and best practices
- Aid with producing monthly SLA reports for customers using various tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus ten (10) years of experience or Master's Degree, plus five (5) years of experience.
- Minimum five (5) years of Analytical and Technical Project/Program management experience
- Two (2) plus years of experience in Cloud / IT operation, software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience
- Two (2) plus years of experience within a SAP environment
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills including Excel
- Five (5) years of experience working with highly technical teams
- Strong proficiency with full Microsoft Office suite including MS Project
- Experience with ServiceNow is preferred

Schedule
The estimated start date is September 2, 2024. The position is expected to last for 12 months after which there is an option to extend or convert to a full-time employee role.
Pay
The pay range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
