Business Support Management - Associate
About the role
Join our Business Support Management team and be tasked with a variety of business administration and control responsibilities, in addition to providing general support of day to day business functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead day to day team activities and manage coverage.
- Develop and implement meaningful performance metrics.
- Motivate individual and team performance.
- Develop team line leaders.
- Enforce a dynamic control/compliance environment and continually mitigate risk in business processes.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with internal business partners across multiple groups (both in North America and Globally).
- Provide thought leadership in strategic direction to improve global consistency, productivity and leverage to the business.
- Build consensus around key initiatives.
- Advocate for the administrative staff needs.
- Lead the performance management process for the admin management team.
Requirements
At least 3 years of people management or related experience.
Advanced oral and written communication skills.
Advanced and independent problem solving skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to listen well and influence others.
Able to work under pressure, prioritize multiple assignments, and bring tasks to complete closure.
Motivated individual who is organized and consistently meets deliverables.
Comfortable leading an initiative or playing a support role on the broader team.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
Customer service/client facing experience is helpful.
