About the role
As our Business Support II, you will perform comprehensive receptionist responsibilities, manage information requests, and maintain precise administrative operations while upholding department standards and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will provide administrative and customer or vendor services in an assigned area, including business support functions and related administrative tasks to support a program or process.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, receive visitors, and direct information requests
- Answer routine operational questions
- Perform data entry and demographic verification
- Schedule patients and assist professional staff
- Retrieve and file medical records
- Communicate collection and payment policies as appropriate
- Correspond with customers, patients, and vendors using defined formats and procedures via verbal, electronic, and written communications
- Maintain records and files for assigned area, ensuring appropriate documentation is timely and accurately entered into departmental applications
- Prepare, collate, and distribute various reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Work independently under general supervision
- Complete recurring department projects or one-time projects as directed by supervisor
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Two (2) years of administrative support experience

OrthoColorado Hospital is Colorado's only orthopedic specialty hospital, designed specifically for orthopedic patients. Located on the St. Anthony Medical Campus, it is a joint venture between physician investors and CommonSpirit Mountain Region.
Our state-of-the-art facility features a 48-bed inpatient unit, including six intermediate care beds and eight operating rooms. All team members—from pre-operative care through recovery and inpatient nurses—are specialty trained in orthopedics. Our surgeons are renowned for their expertise in orthopedic specialties and subspecialties, enabling an unprecedented level of care and resulting in the best outcomes and experiences for our patients.
Pay
$18.00 - $28.60 per hour
