Responsibilities
- Presents a professional and welcoming image of the company.
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Sorts incoming mail and delivers to appropriate department or individual, processes outgoing mail.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
- Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges, etc.
- Provides clerical and administrative support to management.
- Oversees and maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition.
- Sends internal sales quotes as needed.
- Supports the organization and distribution of Customer Service mailbox.
- Aids senior leaders with Expense reports through Concur.
- Plans and coordinates company events, such as lunches, employee celebrations, and leadership events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to promote a positive image of the company.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Preferred Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish.
- Prior entry level aviation experience (plus).
