Responsibilities

  • Provide informal leadership within the team by sharing best practices, identifying areas for growth, helping team members expand their existing skills, and helping resolve challenges
  • Take ownership of initiatives that impact cross-functional performance and present recommendations to senior leadership
  • Demonstrate initiative in improving workflows, influencing decisions, and supporting team accountability
  • Demonstrate the ability to make a positive impact on both team members and customers by fostering collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Cooking up communication between customers, technicians, and team members
  • Preparing accurate quotes and processing invoices
  • Analyzing and presenting operational results to support decision-making
  • Using technology to drive communication, efficiency, and cost savings
  • Supporting customer inquiries and updating records accordingly
  • Participating in special projects aligned with your strengths and development goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience leading a team or taking on leadership responsibilities in a project or department
  • Can demonstrate ability to coach, mentor, or support growth of others
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment

Pay

  • Annual Salary Starting at $65,000 (commensurate with experience)

Schedule

  • Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8am - 5pm EST (On-call rotation with additional stipend)
