Business Strategy Senior Manager - Public Sector

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory on the company products during sales and delivery
• Secure large-enterprise consulting engagements
• Conduct assessments to develop future-state business visions
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligning with business objectives
• Drive organizational change and digital adoption with stakeholders
• Collaborate with program management to integrate strategies into delivery
• Impact customer renewals and lead team efforts on engagements

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing roles leading complex engagements
• Experience in business development, including scoping and proposal development
• Strong knowledge of the company products and solutions for the Public Sector
• Expertise in business strategy, enterprise architecture, and agile practices
• Track record of building customer relationships and driving transformation
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or Master’s degree (MA/MS) in a related field, or equivalent experience
