Job Summary
The Business Strategy Manager – Pro plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making and enabling commercial success across the organization. This role combines advanced analytics, strategic storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to identify growth opportunities, reduce operational friction, and improve overall business performance.
About the Role
This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category teams to translate data into actionable insights, support commercial execution, and influence strategic direction.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance, category trends, pricing, and promotional effectiveness to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain recurring business reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools
- Maintain and continuously improve reporting tools, templates, and processes
- Support CRM data integrity, pipeline tracking, and sales planning processes
- Prepare materials for sales meetings, retailer presentations, and leadership updates
- Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, and strategic reports
- Translate complex data into clear, concise insights with actionable recommendations
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication across customer and commercial initiatives
- Support forecasting and demand planning activities through data analysis and trend identification
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–8+ years of experience in business analytics, sales strategy, category management, or commercial operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience working with retailer or syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI/Circana) preferred
- Advanced PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities required
