About the role
The opportunity Unity is seeking a business strategy and account performance partner to support strategic Aura accounts and help translate account needs into clear operational and commercial actions. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, account performance, product understanding, and cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, TAM, Performance, Product, and Analytics teams to support strategic Aura accounts and ensure customer priorities are understood and actioned.
- Translate account performance questions and customer requests into clear internal workstreams, including defining the business question, desired output, urgency, and success criteria.
- Support account performance reviews by helping identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended next steps.
- Provide business context to analytical and performance teams so that data requests are aligned with the actual customer/account objective.
- Help prepare business-facing materials, including account updates, QBR inputs, opportunity summaries, performance briefs, and executive-ready talking points.
- Monitor key accounts and performance signals and proactively flag meaningful changes, risks, or opportunities to the appropriate teams.
- Cook up follow-through on account requests, ensuring dependencies across Product, Performance, TAM, BI, and Finance are clear and moving.
- Bring Aura product and business knowledge into discussions around performance, adoption, monetization, troubleshooting, and customer strategy.
- Help improve repeatable processes for handling account performance requests, escalations, and strategic analyses.
Qualifications
Experience in business strategy, account strategy, revenue operations, performance management, consulting, or a related commercial role.
Strong understanding of Aura, mobile/app distribution, ad-tech, or related monetization and performance workflows.
Ability to understand analytical outputs and translate them into business implications, recommendations, and stakeholder-facing narratives.
Strong business judgment and ability to prioritize across multiple account needs and internal stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise materials for business and executive audiences.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, Performance, TAM, Finance, and Analytics/BI teams.
Comfort using data to inform decisions, while partnering with BI/Analytics teams for deeper modeling or complex data extraction.
Track record of managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders under tight timelines.
Hands-on experience with Aura account workflows, performance troubleshooting, or customer-facing strategic support.
Familiarity with app distribution, mobile OEM/carrier ecosystems, and monetization models.
Experience preparing QBRs, account strategy materials, performance narratives, or executive briefings.
Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, dashboards, or BI tools sufficient to interpret data and partner effectively with analysts.
Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot to accelerate planning, summarization, workflow automation, or stakeholder communications.
Experience working with global teams across US, EMEA, and Israel.
Pay
$106,300.00 - $159,500.00
This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions).
The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
