About the role
The Business Talent Sourcer is responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for Rippling's non-tech teams. This includes developing and executing sourcing strategies, building relationships with hiring managers, and conducting candidate outreach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for business roles.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Conduct candidate outreach, including phone screens, scheduling interviews, and managing the candidate experience.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online, networking, and referrals.
- Evaluate and assess candidate skills and experience.
- Partner with the recruiting team to make offers and close candidates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sourcing or Recruiting (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Support, Account Management or G&A).
- Previous startup experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
