About the role
The Business Solutions Team Lead – Administrative Lead role supports Partnership Operations and handles issues, risks, and escalations to ensure objectives are met and aligned with key business needs and knowledge principles. Responsibilities include supporting project and program management, executing and deploying projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-level deliverables to fulfill both structured and unstructured requests to support a community
- Handle sensitive financial records, including physical mail, certified mailings, and secure document distribution with a high degree of judgement and discretion
- Effectively use firm tools; follow policies and procedures to complete tasks and projects
- Partner with other groups within the matrix organization, cultivate relationships, align people and processes, and identify operational efficiencies to add value
- Leverage strong working knowledge of applicable firm and service line quality, risk, and confidentiality policies and guidelines and reinforce with others
- Manage or coordinate small projects providing cost-effective solutions
- Utilize internal/external resources such as EY firm tools, Amex Travel site, policy repositories, external Internet sites, and internal SharePoint sites
- Compile and update information from designated sources
- Compile customized communications and reports for various customers using Word, Excel, and other firm-standard software
- Conduct primary research as appropriate and synthesize the information into a usable format for customers or colleagues
- Provide reference and navigation assistance to customers to locate materials within the Intranet and direct customer requests to the appropriate resource
- Assist with other tasks related to database entry, report generation, and distribution and general requests from clients
- Work on special project assignments as needed
Qualifications
- Associates degree in related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 5 or more years of relevant business experience
- Advanced experience with MS Office and the ability to learn new technologies

- Maintain and apply in-depth working knowledge and skillfully navigate firm and service line structures, matrixed relationships, key personnel, and organizational policies and procedures
- Demonstrate initiative and focus on customer service
- Advanced skill with firm’s core technology, expertise in EY-specific applications, aptitude for learning quickly with ability to seamlessly adapt to changing tools, processes and organizational structure
Pay
$52,800 to $95,900 base salary range for all geographic locations in the US, and $63,400 to $109,000 for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento).
Schedule
Most people in external, client-serving roles will work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
