Business Solutions Manager

National Public Accounting company seeking an experienced Business Solutions Manager to join their team in Southern California. Locations include Woodland Hills, CA; Irvine, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Oxnard, CA; Riverside, CA; or Torrance, CA.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting tasks including processing transactions and maintaining accounting records
• Apply thorough understanding of double-entry accounting and U.S. GAAP
• Demonstrate working knowledge of taxation matters (individual, corporate, sales, property, and business taxes)
• Communicate effectively with business-level fluency in English
• Travel to client or other firm office locations as necessary
• Identify issues and recommend solutions independently and within a team

Requirements

• Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in accounting, with recent time as an account manager or equivalent in industry finance or public accounting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in accounting or a related field
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and knowledge of at least one accounting software program (e.g., QuickBooks Online)
• Self-starter with proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of or experience with additional accounting software (e.g., Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, Bill.com, Concur)
• Bilingual in Spanish or another language
• Specialized accounting knowledge in a particular industry or area
• Current and valid CPA license or equivalent

Pay

$145,000 – $170,000 per year
