Job Description

Consultative Sales & Solution Design
Lead discovery conversations to understand customer goals, challenges, and operational workflows.
Translate business requirements into tailored solutions leveraging Gateway’s software, hardware, and services portfolio.
Architect end-to-end solutions including software licensing, hardware, consumables, implementations, training, and professional services.
Demonstrate Galaxy product capabilities through virtual and in-person presentations and demos.

Core Competencies

• Strong consultative selling and solution architecture skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote demonstration tools.
• Working knowledge of software systems, networks, hardware environments, and integrations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and process improvement skills.
• Able to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
• Professional presence with customers and executive stakeholders.
• Able to travel up to 50% and some weekends.

Physical Demands
