Business Services Support Representative

About the role

Invest In You! Tri City National Bank is a community banking partner dedicated to customer service, relationship building, and financial solutions. The Business Services Support Representative supports Merchant Services, Remote Deposit Capture, and Cash Management products, assisting with document preparation, client inquiries, and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Supports the setup and maintenance of cash management products and services
• Provides information and resolves client issues
• Aids in joint client and prospect meetings with commercial lenders and branch teams
• Develops communication and product knowledge skills
• Identifies cash management solutions and cross-sells opportunities
• Builds foundational knowledge of cash management products and services
• Assists with client retention, cross-sales, referrals, and satisfaction
• Reviews and monitors documentation for accuracy
• Suggests improvements to cash management services
• Supports internal teams and third-party vendors with modifications and implementations
• Maintains compliance with regulatory and company policies

Requirements

• Two years of previous personal or commercial banking and general banking experience
• Knowledge of bank operations and products including Business Online and Digital Banking, Business Checking and Savings Products, RDC, ACH, Wires, Bill Pay, and Positive Pay Operations
• Ability to discuss bank products courteously and professionally
• Organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay

$25.00+ per hour depending on experience
