Business Relationship Support Representative

About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Representative (CSOII) to join the WellsOne Commercial Credit Cards team within Global Payments & Liquidity. The WellsOne Service Center supports commercial credit card holders with general inquiries related to their card programs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of treasury management products and services
• Excellent customer service experience with previous client contact
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Experience with Hogan and Service View
• Proven ability to partner with internal and external partners to meet the needs of the customer
• Well organized with attention to detail
• Able to work in a close team environment

Job Expectations

• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
• This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the office approximately 3 days a week
