Responsibilities
- Use strong communication and creative problem-solving skills to demonstrate the value of ADT's security and smart business solutions.
- Customize security systems to fit the layout, operations, and security needs of each business.
- Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments were fulfilled and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads within your designated territory.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
- Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers and understand their needs.
- Adaptable and flexible, excelling in dynamic environments and learning new systems and approaches.

Pay
Compensation is based on performance and can vary widely depending on sales volume. New sales advisors can expect to earn up to $85,000, while experienced advisors can earn over $150,000. Additional pay includes up to $4,000 in training compensation for the first 8 weeks of training.
