Job Title: Business Rules Developer Job Duraton: CTH Location: Miami, FL. REMOTE Job Description Analyze business requirements, operating processes, and system functionality to define, design, and implement business rules supporting Trident program objectives. Configure, develop, test, and deploy business rules within the target rules-management platform to support new functionality, operational improvements, and business process automation. Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable rule-based solutions. Assess existing business rules, identify optimization opportunities, and implement enhancements that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and decision consistency. Support system implementations, upgrades, and configuration changes by evaluating business-rule impacts and implementing required updates. Develop and maintain business-rule documentation, configuration specifications, testing artifacts, and operational procedures necessary to support solution delivery and ongoing maintenance. Execute unit testing, support system integration testing, and validate business-rule functionality to ensure compliance with approved business requirements. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve business-rule-related production issues, including root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and solution implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support release planning, change management, deployment activities, and production readiness. Provide ongoing business-rule administration, optimization, and knowledge transfer to support long-term operational sustainability."
