Job Description
Fidelity Bank is seeking an experienced lender to help drive growth in the Luzerne County market and become part of our award-winning team.
- Work with business clients to meet their financing and banking services needs.
- Source new business opportunities and build and maintain client relationships.
- Produce high quality loans and provide financial products and services for their business needs.
- Partner with your clients to understand their business objectives, serving as a trusted financial advisor.
- Provide guidance and financial tools to help their businesses thrive.
- Work with your internal business partners to develop new business through branch referrals and cross-sell bank products and services for your business clients.
- Provide required information on sales and service activities, understand program designs, and be knowledgeable of applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business and/or commercial lending with a strong credit background is required.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
