Responsibilities
- Lead light-to-moderate project management duties: organizing deliverables, tracking milestones, maintaining risks/issues, and supporting governance routines.
- Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and external partners, ensuring IT solutions align with strategic goals.
- Provide focused business analysis support: requirements clarification, high-level process documentation, and decision-making facilitation.
- Support limited testing activities: reviewing requirements, validating solution behaviors, and confirming deliverables meet business needs.
Technical & Methodology Expertise
- Practical experience with Azure DevOps, Agile frameworks, and SDLC practices.
- Support backlog management, refine user stories, coordinate sprint activities, and ensure traceability across the development lifecycle.
- Promote visibility of work and consistent communication between business and IT teams.
Required Skills
- Experience as BA, BRM, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Gathering & documenting business/technical requirements.
- Supporting Agile teams & SDLC processes.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Coinciding testing activities & UAT support.
- Managing project deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues.
- Facilitating stakeholder communication & alignment.
- Documenting business processes & clarifying requirements.
- Supporting backlog refinement, user story development, sprint coordination.
