Business Relationship Management - U.S. Structured Credit, Senior Market Research Associate
About the role
The Senior Market Research Associate will support the senior members of the US Structured Credit Business Relationship Management (BRM) Team in managing and developing Fitch’s relationships both internally and externally. This role will have the additional responsibility of supporting CLO investor outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and create opportunities and generate agreements from Salesforce
- Create and export reports from Salesforce as well as maintain marketing distribution lists
- Research, develop, and prepare marketing materials under guidance from senior members of the team
- Record, maintain and interpret all CLO market share data
- Monitor Fitch CLO research publications, produce timely marketing distribution content and provide data to the team on viewership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a degree in business, finance or economics
- Self-starter who can understand objectives, work independently and is highly motivated
- Ability to analyze and evaluate data demonstrated through marketing materials
- Great PowerPoint skills and excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team oriented, with an ability to effectively build relationships both externally and internally
- High level of focus on work quality and attention to detail

Pay
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $100,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
Schedule
Fitch offers a hybrid work environment, requiring 3 days a week in the office.
