Business Relationship Director

For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Business Relationship Director to join their team. This role focuses on operational priorities including execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within a regulated financial services environment. Remote - US based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in leading complex initiatives in a matrixed environment
• Experience in lending or similar operational/client support environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and analytics tools
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

Pay

$103,800 – $173,300 annually
